Our competent accounting service offers reliable support with your ongoing financial bookkeeping procedures and with the preparation of current wages and salary accounts. Including digital receipt management and digital data transfer. We place high value on transparent communication with conclusive evaluations and regular meetings – in person or via video conferencing.
We handle the monthly payroll accounts of your employees for you. Including leave and absence management plus direct mailing of the pay slips via post, e-mail or via download. As a standard, our service includes income tax registration and contribution notification for social security (health- and pension insurance). We prepare applications for refunds according to the AAG (Expenditure Compensation Act) for employer contributions in case of inability to work "U1" and "U2".
We offer support with recording and booking of all your business transactions: accounts receivable and payable, G/L accounts, cash book and bank. Additionally, we sort and organize your receipts. They are systematically filed and archived. You can rely on our proactive support with all payment transactions and receivables management. And you can access your business evaluations at any time.
Upon request, we pick up your receipts on a regular basis. We scan and archive your documents reliably and safely. Naturally in accordance with the “principles of proper management and storage of books, records and documents in digital form and for data access” (GoBD).
With our mobile office solution, we will also come to you and take care of your entire accounting regularly in your offices (in Leipzig, Berlin or Munich) . Should you so wish.
Our tax consultant will create your VAT returns, your annual accounts, business assessments and tax returns. We arrange harmonization and coordination with our tax consultant for you. Optionally, we will transfer all your data via interface to your own tax consultancy and cooperate with them closely.
An almost paperless office allows for maximum efficiency with data processing, receipt management and preparation of evaluations in our financial accounting as well as our wages and salary accounts. We work with professional industry software that provides all customary interfaces for digital data exchange, to take over your existing data or to transfer our data to your tax consultancy, for example.

We ourselves execute our services in the area of accounting and wages and salary accounts exclusively in accordance with § 6 No. 3 and 4 StBerG (German tax consulting law). This includes booking of current business transactions, ongoing payroll accounts and taking care of income tax registrations.
Naturally, our focus is on the security of personal data which is increasingly gaining priority. We guarantee compliance with EU data protection directives and meet the legal requirements according DSGVO (Basic Regulation for Data Security) and BDSG-neu (Federal Data Protection Act-new). Our software “Agenda” meets with all current requirements. Concerning data storage, we particularly rely on the Agenda computer center with locations in Nuremberg and Munich.
